- Support the founder (meetings, calendar, documents, reports)

Requirements
- English B2+ (correspondence, research)
- Proactivity and multitasking
- Experience with Notion, Trello, Bitrix24, Google Workspace; Figma a plus
- Ability to use AI tools for automation and analytics
Conditions
- Official employment under the KZ Labor Code
- Schedule 5/2 (10:00–19:00), on-site — modern office in central Almaty
- Salary 250,000–650,000 ₸ net (base + KPI)
- Experience 1–3 years; 4th-year students welcome

Requirements
- Interest in InfoSec, ML or information systems
- Ability to commit ~30 hours per week
- Can be combined with studies (flexible schedule)

- SAFE, convertible notes, shareholder agreements
- Legal support under Delaware corporate law (C-Corp/LLC)
- Structure cross-border deals (US, Singapore, China, Mexico, Malaysia)
Requirements
- Proven track record in venture and corporate deals
- Hands-on experience with the Delaware jurisdiction
- Advanced English (C1/C2) for negotiations and legal drafting
