We read Kyrgyz documents in the original

OCR extracts the visual zone and cross-checks it against the MRZ. The models are trained on Cyrillic — Kyrgyz and Russian fields come through without transliteration.

ID card (2017)

The main domestic document, with a contact and contactless chip. We read the visual zone and MRZ; fields are bilingual.

International passport

The new biometric passport and earlier series: MRZ, validity, holder photo for face match.

Driving licence

For flows where a passport is optional: rentals, sharing, delivery, driver checks.

Foreign documents

433+ document types from 180+ countries. Migrants, tourists and non-residents go through the same check as Kyrgyz citizens.

A neighbouring country's passport in the frame changes nothing. The document is detected automatically; its type and country come back in the API response.

Remote identification

The procedure for identifying and verifying customers remotely has been in force since 2020 and requires a liveness check. Our liveness is tested to ISO/IEC 30107-3 against presentation attacks.

AML/CFT

Law No. 87 of 06.08.2018

Identifying the customer and screening them against lists are baseline duties of a financial institution. AML screening — sanctions, PEPs, wanted lists — runs in the same request as the document check.

Personal data

Data handling follows Kyrgyz Law No. 58 and the GDPR: we collect only what the check needs; retention period and storage location are configured to your policy.

Kyrgyzstan is a member of the EAG, the FATF-style regional body, so local compliance reads by international standards. The final compliance call belongs to your compliance officer; we provide the tooling and the evidence for it.
