One real person — from ticket purchase to entry at the venue
Biometric.Vision links three points on the ticket journey with one identity layer. On on-sale, live checks and face binding hold back bots and multi-accounts. On official resale, document, liveness and face confirm seller and buyer. At the gate, Face ID matches the visitor to the ticket holder.

A ticket changes hands faster than the platform can verify the person
At on-sale, bots and account farms buy tickets before real fans. Then the ticket surfaces outside official resale — with fake listings, disputed payouts and chargebacks. At the gate, forwarding a QR code is enough to enter instead of the ticket holder.
You can't tighten checks at every step either: long KYC slows purchase exactly when demand peaks. You need a short path for a real person and targeted reinforcement where the ticket or money changes hands.
Verify the person where tickets, money and trust leak
One stack covers all three points while the ticket platform keeps its own risk rules and final decision. No need to replace the ticketing system, antifraud stack or turnstiles.
Purchase
Passive liveness and Face Captcha bind the buyer journey to a real face — without full document KYC on on-sale.

Official resale
Seller and buyer confirm document, liveness and face match. Before payout the seller re-confirms without a new full KYC.
Seller
DocumentVenue entry
The visitor's face is matched to the template linked to the ticket or account. Liveness in parallel distinguishes a person at the camera from a photo, recording or on-screen image. The result goes to your existing ACS.
Visitor
TemplateA script alone isn't enough to become a buyer
On on-sale the user passes passive liveness and binds the purchase to a face via Face Captcha. A real fan stays in a short checkout while a script must prove a live face is behind it.
Face binding strengthens per-account limits and complements device signals. Creating another login is easier than becoming another person. Passive liveness is certified to ISO 30107-3 Level 2.

Ticket and payout stay with a confirmed identity
Entering official resale, seller and buyer pass a sequential check: document, passive liveness and selfie match with the document photo. Someone else's passport or an image instead of a live person does not become grounds for listing and trade.
Before payout the platform runs a repeat face match. The seller does not re-upload the document, and access to a hijacked account alone is not enough to confirm payout. The repeat verdict forms in 1.4 seconds.
Selfie
DocumentA forwarded QR no longer proves the right to enter
At the venue the visitor's face is matched to the template linked to the ticket or account. Liveness in parallel distinguishes a person at the camera from a photo, recording or on-screen image.
Biometric.Vision returns the biometric verdict to your existing ACS. The venue keeps its turnstiles, pass rules and final decision — an identity layer is added, not new hardware. Match accuracy is 99.9997%.
Camera
TemplateNew accounts don't turn one buyer into a queue of fans
Face Search compares the face against the ticket platform's own database and returns matches found. The risk team correlates the result with purchase limits and device signals to see account farms on promos and hype drops.
This is an additional signal for platform rules, not a promise to catch every multi-account automatically. The match decision stays with its antifraud stack. Average face-database search speed is ~1.5 sec.

Embed checks in checkout and official resale without leaving your interface. Design follows your brand book.
Mobile SDK
Add face and document capture to the mobile ticket journey. Offline capture on a weak connection.
REST API
Launch checks from platform risk rules and return the verdict into the ticket flow. Auth via X-API-KEY.
MCP server for AI agents
Connect biometric operations to internal support and Trust & Safety agents.
