A ticket changes hands faster than the platform can verify the person

At on-sale, bots and account farms buy tickets before real fans. Then the ticket surfaces outside official resale — with fake listings, disputed payouts and chargebacks. At the gate, forwarding a QR code is enough to enter instead of the ticket holder.

You can't tighten checks at every step either: long KYC slows purchase exactly when demand peaks. You need a short path for a real person and targeted reinforcement where the ticket or money changes hands.

Fair purchase

A script alone isn't enough to become a buyer

On on-sale the user passes passive liveness and binds the purchase to a face via Face Captcha. A real fan stays in a short checkout while a script must prove a live face is behind it.

Face binding strengthens per-account limits and complements device signals. Creating another login is easier than becoming another person. Passive liveness is certified to ISO 30107-3 Level 2.

Official resale

Ticket and payout stay with a confirmed identity

Entering official resale, seller and buyer pass a sequential check: document, passive liveness and selfie match with the document photo. Someone else's passport or an image instead of a live person does not become grounds for listing and trade.

Before payout the platform runs a repeat face match. The seller does not re-upload the document, and access to a hijacked account alone is not enough to confirm payout. The repeat verdict forms in 1.4 seconds.

At the venue the visitor's face is matched to the template linked to the ticket or account. Liveness in parallel distinguishes a person at the camera from a photo, recording or on-screen image.

Biometric.Vision returns the biometric verdict to your existing ACS. The venue keeps its turnstiles, pass rules and final decision — an identity layer is added, not new hardware. Match accuracy is 99.9997%.
