Cloud E-Signature for ProsperPay: Digitizing Document Flow

Modern HR and fintech services need digital processes that are fast, secure and legally binding. One such project was ProsperPay — a company automating earned-wage access.

The goal was to let employees sign documents remotely while ensuring full legal validity and tamper protection. We built a solution based on cloud e-signature with biometric verification:

• Remote document signing — employees sign employment contracts and applications from their phone in minutes.
• Biometric identification — Face Match confirms the person signing is the one whose data is on the document.
• Legal validity — cloud e-signature meets legal requirements and holds up in court.
• HR system integration — the solution fits existing company processes without rebuilding infrastructure.

The result is fully digital document flow that saves HR and employee time, eliminates paperwork and keeps every operation transparent.
